Shipping & Returns

This section contains all the details about shipping and returns. It also includes information about the various steps involved in getting rid of a damaged or unused ship.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, UK, USA. 

Shipping methods

We ship with our logistics partners UPS and FedEx. All Royal Palm Jewel deliveries are insured against theft and accidental damage. Insurance coverage expires once you have received your delivery and confirmed in writing.

Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Thank you for your understanding.

We process and ship orders during our usual business hours. These are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm CET (except on public holidays). Orders received outside these business hours will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free of charge for all orders (not including express delivery).

Shipping times

Once we receive your order, we begin to make our products for you by hand! This process requires a lot of work and can take up to eight weeks to deliver.

In most cases, products will be in stock for a few days or a few weeks depending on the status of the order.

Packaging

Each order comes with a handmade leather pouch that’s ideal for storing or transporting your jewelry. We also pack all of your jewelry in our boxes that feature a delicate ribbon.

Once your order has been shipped, just follow this link to track it. It will take you to a page that will update once your order has been sent.
